Joy is the kind of person who contemplates the answer before asking the question. As a trusted counselor and CIG’s director of assets and results, both clients and co-workers would describe her as strategic, analytical, detail-oriented and energetic. One of the luminaries of CIG, Joy brings more than 20 years of experience developing and managing public information programs with a focus on large transportation and civil engineering projects that impact numerous stakeholder groups.

Before joining CIG, Joy supported the communication needs of Kiewit Construction Company where she developed and managed public outreach programs associated with large design-build projects for the Missouri Department of Transportation and Texas Department of Transportation. During her involvement with Kiewit, Joy was also responsible for developing and implementing various public information and public engagement efforts for Denver’s $1.67 billion multimodal Transportation Expansion (T-REX) Project.
