Carly Burkart
Carly is an out-of-the-box thinker, always looking for ways to shake things up in the name of creativity and efficiency. In May 2020, Carly graduated from Colorado State University, a proud Ram for life. With a career born in the pandemic and a background growing up in Colorado, she has adopted a go-with-the-flow mindset that allows her to be extremely adaptable. These characteristics will serve her well in life and the world of PR and communications.
During her time at CSU, Carly worked for the university’s President’s Leadership Program as the event coordinator. In this role, she planned the program’s service-learning weekends, coordinated coursework, conducted outreach events within various Colorado communities, and supported all events from the office of Student Leadership, Involvement, and Community Engagement.
Using many of the skills already earned, grit, and a quick wit, Carly jumped into client work at CIG. She has joined the hardworking teams supporting the Colorado Department of Transportation’s safety campaigns, Bustang Outrider campaign, and the City & County of Denver’s Elevate Denver and RISE bond projects and Denver International Airport’s (DEN) Great Hall Project.
